This print was initially called Past Halfway, which was of course wishful thinking on my part. Halfway Up! relates to the fact that the view is taken from halfway up the long and arduous trek up the library stairs. While creating this view, Centenary Square changed dramatically. I stuck with my initial photographs and sketches to create the view but I took on board the warm light and hot days of the summer as I returned to gain a better sense of the place, umming and aahing over whether or not I really wanted to engrave such a detailed perspective. This print is listed for sale on my Etsy site.
