Singers Hill Synagogue
This beautiful building is a tucked away gem. I have worked on this view for a long time, never quite settling on the final composition or printmaking method. In the end I worked extensively with collage and monotype in the sky, this makes it unlikely that the original print will match this one closely. The synagogue was in a way the easiest part, I worked with intaglio methods, particularly drypoint. I then layered stencilled colours over the top.
I’m very pleased with the outcome. It is only available as a giclée for the foreseeable.
If you want to purchase the giclee print, delivery can take as long as two weeks but I aim to be as quick as possible.
