New Street Signal Box
This grade 2 listed signal box is depicted here alongside two other icons of Birmingham: the Rotunda and Grand Central. I’m hoping to return to this building later in the series. I feel a more dreary and depressing take on it may be better suited – rain, wind, commuters, low light levels etc.
