Birmingham Central Mosque
This giclee is taken from an original print that combines monotype and linocut. A volunteer from the mosque was kind enough to give me a guided tour and offered some excellent suggestions for possible interior views. In the end I went for this nighttime view. I like the way the dome lights up at night and the lights from the flats in the background give a suggestion of the building without taking too much attention away from the mosque pictorially.
