Iron Man and Overtime

£22.00£40.00

Antony Gormley’s Iron Man used to grace the square at a slightly askew angle. It was taken down to make room for tram tracks and placed into storage. It has now been sited slightly higher up the square.

The overtime part of this print refers to the people working on the tram tracks. As I went past one evening they were working hard with temporary lighting amidst the shoppers and they can be seen just below the town hall in the background.

I do have some of the original prints left from this view, priced at £150. This listing is for the open edition, signed giclée. If you are interested in the original please contact me directly and I will send photos of the original print that I have available.
