Sleeping Giant
Not as you may think a rural idyll but a busy junction where Cattell Road meets Garrison Lane. The sculpture ‘Sleeping Giant’ lies on its side atop a small mound. I’ve done a litter pick and added a few wild carrot flowers – that I actually sourced from a canal walk.
It is of course also known for Birmingham City fans spraying the nose blue. Despite numerous cleans, the nose is consistently blue.
